All orders placed on Kinmelmart is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Products:
Products placed in site are all original photos clicked not downloaded Product description and images are best to our knowledge.

Nonperishable items are shipped from our Kathmandu office. All perishable items are packed safely on the day of delivery.

Product Unavailability:
If an item is out-of-stock or unavailable for any reason, customers can (1) wait until the item(s) become available, (2) ask for an alternative product or (3) ask for full refund.

Pricing:
We offer competitive pricing. We guarantee to match any lower prices if you find anywhere else.

Delivery:
Kinmelmart packs orders for domestic delivery (within Nepal) only. We offer door-to-door service for all deliveries within Kathmandu valley at the moment. To other outside Kathmandu valley locations, only non-perishable items are available to order with first payment with any transfer payment and are shipped through our shipping partner (courier). In some cases, recipients in out-of-valley location may have to pick up gift items from courier office by themselves.

Delivery Date:
Customer may choose a preferred delivery day while placing an order. Most orders inside Kathmandu valley are delivered on the date selected by customer. Minimum 2-3 days Specific delivery day may not be guaranteed for outside Kathmandu valley. No specific delivery time is guaranteed for any orders.

Delivery Exception:
We deliver all orders on the day specified by customers. However (because of past experience) during incidents that are out of our control such as (and not limited to) political unrest, Nepal bandh, street strike, natural disasters, we may have to postpone or hold delivery. We resume delivery soonest the possible. We notify both sender and recipient of such incidents.

Fees:
There is a separate fee for delivery which covers our delivery staff and fuel surcharge. Fees vary based on delivery destinations.

Gift wrap option can be added for additional cost. A good-looking gift wrapper is used with custom message attached.

Payment Processing:
We use secure payment processing options to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay for payment from outside Nepal. For payments in Nepalese rupees, we accept Visa, Mastercard issued by Nepali banks, E-Sewa , Phonepay , Khalti as well as direct bank deposits. We also accept money transfers.

Website security: Kinmelmart is secured by SSL providing 256 bit encryption.

Delivery Confirmation: is sent in one of the following forms.

  • Photo Confirmation: for deliveries in Kathmandu valley only, subject to recipients’ permission for photograph to be taken.
  • Email Confirmation: for all deliveries outside Kathmandu valley.


Guarantee/Warranty:
Full manufacturer’s warranty is application if offered by respective brand or company.

Special offers/ Discounts: are offered periodically.



REFUND POLICY:

There is a 7-day refund/replacement policy for wrong and damaged items. Wrong item(s) is replaced or refunded in full if returned in its original tag or condition. There will be no refund on perishable items including panties or innerwear items once delivered. However, replacement/re-delivery is done on damaged or wrong item delivery.

Order Cancellation:
If any existing order(s) is canceled by the customer (or recipients for any reason), there will be a 5% cancellation fee. The fee is to cover the processing fees charged by payment processor.

If an order is canceled because it cannot be delivered or fulfilled by Kinmelmart (for any reason e.g. product or delivery service unavailability, political strike, natural disaster), delivery can be rescheduled for later date or full refund will be issued to sender.

Refund is credited to sender’s account. There will be no cash refund to recipient.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.


Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. We respect your privacy!
